Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 17, 2026. These Terms govern your use of voicecrew.ai and related services, operated by VoiceCrew.ai, a product of xcelForce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of service

AI-assisted discovery calls; custom voice AI workflow design and deployment; automated call handling, appointment booking, and follow-ups; business intelligence research from public information; and personalized proposals.

Eligibility and user information

You must be at least 18. Provide accurate information, only submit phone numbers you own or are authorized to use, only submit business information you are authorized to represent, and do not impersonate others.

Consent to communications

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to AI-assisted voice calls from Tara, follow-up SMS and emails, and call recording for quality assurance and improvement. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS/text messaging terms

Program: VoiceCrew.ai Communications Program. You may receive appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service updates, up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out (one-time confirmation); reply HELP or contact hello@voicecrew.ai. Your number and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing.

AI-assisted services disclaimer

AI-generated analysis and recommendations are informational and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Tara is an automated system, not a human representative. Publicly sourced business intelligence may not be complete or current.

Intellectual property and prohibited uses

The Service is owned by VoiceCrew.ai and xcelForce LLC and protected by IP laws. You may not submit false information or numbers you do not own, harass others, disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, use it unlawfully, or reverse-engineer it.

Limitation of liability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; total liability is capped at amounts paid (if any) in the prior 12 months. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Wyoming law governs. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or remotely by agreement, on an individual basis with a class-action waiver. Exceptions: small-claims court and injunctive/equitable relief for intellectual property. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to hello@voicecrew.ai with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," including your name and the phone/email associated with your submission.
