SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number on our website and checking the consent box, you opt in to this program and agree to these terms, which supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program description

When you submit the contact form on voicecrew.ai and consent, you may receive: a confirmation that your demo request was received; reminders or follow-ups related to your demo call with Tara; a short post-call summary and link to your report; and occasional follow-up messages if you engage. We do not use SMS for unrelated marketing and never share your number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Opt-in

You opt in by completing the contact form on voicecrew.ai, providing your mobile number, and affirmatively checking the consent box. We never add a number that was not submitted by its owner. You may also be re-engaged via SMS if you reply to a previous message.

Opt-out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further SMS messages will be sent from this program. You may also opt out by emailing hello@voicecrew.ai with the subject "STOP SMS." Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of phone calls or email.

Message frequency and cost

Frequency varies by engagement; a typical participant receives approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, and no more than 10 per month unless you actively reply or engage. VoiceCrew does not charge for messages, but message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan.

Supported carriers

Available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers, including AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and privacy

You must be at least 18 and the legal owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; we share data only with trusted sub-processors that operate the SMS infrastructure on our behalf (Twilio and Bland.ai), and only as necessary to deliver messages and provide our services.
