Information sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share only with service providers (telephony carriers, AI processors, hosting/email infrastructure) as needed, where legally required, or in a business transfer.

SMS and voice communication terms

Consent

By submitting the website form and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive voice calls (including AI-assisted calls) and SMS/text messages from VoiceCrew.ai at the number you provide. Data security and retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Call recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days, then automatically deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. Email hello@voicecrew.ai with subject "California Privacy Request"; we respond within 45 days.

Cookies and tracking

Minimal cookies: strictly necessary (form session state) and analytics (Vercel Analytics, if enabled). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Call recording notice

Voice calls with our AI assistant Tara are recorded for quality assurance, model improvement, and service operation. Several U.S. states require all-party consent to recording; by submitting the form and consenting to a call, you provide consent. Tara also announces that the call may be recorded at the start of every conversation.
